Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Please note that processing time is not included with the shipping time.

Sweetheart Extensions is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier. If you experience an issue, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number.

Returns & Refund Policy

All sales are final. Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer returns or exchanges.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and photos so we can assist you.
